-> Help to end users on usage of the application, guiding to Install required softwares and sort out any application issues.
-> Handle end user requests/query through email or telephone.
-> Handle ticketing system through bugzila to escalate the call to next level (L2).
-> Solve routine issues and escalate complex issues based on priority.
-> Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous status information.
-> Preparing the reports for project analysis.
-> Provide complete support to the end user for usage of the application.
-> Identifying the issue and helping the customer to submit his bid if at nth movement.
