notice for filling up 124 various vacancies of Staff Nurse, DEO, ANM &

Qualification:
Candidates should have passed 10+2
degree and Lab Technician/ Medical college dental Technician with one year’s
course for Dental Assistant, Bachelor degree of Nephropathy and yoga Science/
Bachelor in yoga for Yoga education, Bachelor of Medical laboratory Technology
for Lab Technician, B.Sc Nursing or GNM course for Staff Nurse, MBBS degree for
Medical officer or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized institute.
Age limitations:
Ø The applicants age should not to be less than 18 years and
above than 64 years of age as on 1st January 2017.
Ø Relaxation in upper age limits can be relaxed for reserved
candidates as per the rules.
Application fee:
v For the General/ OBC Category: Rs. 650/-
v For the ST/SC: Rs. 320/-
v Application fee can be submitting through Demand Draft in
favour “District Health society Raipur”.
Guidelines to Apply
For Raipur District Recruitment 2017:
ü The candidates meet with the above detailed eligibility
criteria should submit their applications being dully filled in and signed by
their own hands furnishing the required particulars as per the format mentioned
in the notification available on the department website @ raipur.nic.in.
