Thieves Steal Gold Ornaments in Temple!
KANPUR: In yet another incident of theft in a temple, gold and silver ornaments worth around Rs 1 lakh were stolen from a place of worship under the Pheelkhana police station limits on Monday night.
According to the police, the theft occurred on Monday night at Fampur Tapeshwari Devi Temple, located in the congested Patkapur locality of the Industrial City.
Three crowns of Vaibhav Lakshmi, Vishnu and Durga, besides a nose ring, worth around Rs 1 lakh were found stolen.
