-> Plan, Organize and control IT Work Order and Change Order requests/processes on behalf of the clients
-> Act as liaison between clients and the suppliers whilst processing requests on behalf of the clients
-> Validate data published from requestors before processing the same (placing orders with the suppliers)
-> Ensure that customer needs are met by supplying quality information on a timely basis to all stake holders
-> Responsible for updating the Clients MIS trackers on work progressed on a daily basis
-> Attend weekly calls with suppliers representing the clients to discuss orders in play/progress
Skills Required:
-> Graduate in any discipline or 10+2+3 years of education.
-> Good exposure in MS Office applications
-> High proficiency in English (Grammar) - effective written and verbal communication skills
-> Excellent comprehension skills
-> Strong client management and group handling skills
-> Excellent logical reasoning skills
-> Good Analytical skills
-> Excellent Business Writing skills
-> Open to work in shifts, Flexibility is a must
-> Ability to work as part of a team
-> Neutral accent, no MTI
-> Basic computer, internet and math skills
